The Imbibers are all about tasting and experience. Our menu is all about tasting flights, platters and small plates that highlight the AMAZING produce of the local region. Come visit us, taste, then take home the things you love. We have a fullly stocked bottle'oh! of Tasmanian wines, spirits, beer and cider ALL sourced from the local region. We highlight the Coal River Valley, with just a little nudge into the Derwent Valley, south-east Tasmania and southern portion of the east coast (just to mix it up a little).
