Hi I’m Patrick, and our story starts with me.

Essentially, I found myself in Tasmania at a crossroad in life...needing a job. After sitting around and complaining for a bit (quite a while actually), I realised that the solution was simple.

I’m a drink maker, I’m in the apple isle... might as well get a crew together and make cider...

It has not been easy. We made all the mistakes you might expect when starting out, but we make fewer now.

We have come to love what we do here,

We have found it makes us happy and we hope it makes others happy too.
