Osare (pronounced o’ za-ray) in Italian, means to dare. Dare is both my son and my maternal grandfather’s middle name. We produce Liquor, alcoholic drinks with natural flavors obtained through infusion, not to be confused with overly sweet liqueurs. Our aim is to extract the pure flavors of our island home in bottled form. The liquor we produce is hand-made with a simple process, so that every bottle can be shared with food, family and friends to bring back fond memories or make new ones.
