dynamic craft spirits distillery focused on super-premium gin,whisky and other
spirits. We are located at Tamar Ridge in the Tamar Valley, fifteen minutes
from Launceston,Tasmania and overlooking the Tamar River. Our Three Cuts Gin
is multi-award winning and was awarded Best Australian Gin at the Australian
Gin Awards 2021.Our distillery is newly renovated and has a unique tasting
area offering gin tasting flights, tours and cocktails, while overlooking the
distillery operations and Tamar River.
