Our aim here at BDF is to provide not only the products, but knowledge & guidance to help grow a community of home beer brewers, alcohol distillers & food fermentation experts. Anyone who knows us, knows we have a passion for food & drink & we used this passion as a creative outlet from our daily 9-5 grind. So in late 2021 we decided to take the plunge, follow our food & drink dreams & purchased a little home brew shop in Moonah, Tasmania. We’ve rebranded & expanded to what you see today.
We’d love for you to join us on our adventures as we’re always trying something new. We could be brewing a Chocolate Stout or distilling an Apricot Brandy or even fermenting a batch of spicy Kimchi.
