Lark Distillery is a compilation of creative genius and Tasmania's pure environment. Over 30 years, our team has built what is now one of Australia's most famous whisky distilleries, recently nominated as one of four distillers for the Worldwide Whisky Producer of the Year award. Our team has worked tirelessly to formalise our pursuit of a distillery that supports the environment we live in. This year we have secured our carbon neutral certification under the Australian Government’s Climate Active Program. This means the activities associated with running Tasmania’s first distillery have no net negative impact on the climate.
