Winter Brook Vineyard produces high quality fruit that is hand picked to develop the fine quality wines in our winery. The annual release of wines is about 10,000 bottles across all varieties (about 900 cases).
We will be maintaining this level of production as we love our wines but also love life balance! Our dream of owning, operating and living all things vines and wines means that our focus is producing boutique, hand crafted wines, and enjoying every step along the way. This is why we have limited availability for our wine club to ensure that these fabulous and highly desired wines are available to visitors to our cellar door in the West Tamar Valley.
