Overlooking beautiful Frederick Henry Bay & Ralph’s Bay is Bishop’s Vineyard. Owner Phil Bishop planted the first vines of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir in 1999.
The small boutique vineyard situated at Southern end of the Meehan Range, and within the precinct of the Coal River Valley benefits greatly from the maritime climate and cooling breezes from nearby Frederick Henry & Ralph’s Bay, assisting with the slow ripening process necessary for premium cool climate wines.
The hand-tendered grapes are crafted by renowned Winemaking team at Tasmanian Vintners.
